The TXQF QUIETFLOW® series incorporates several engineered cooling tower components to maximise performance and reliability. Features include removable air seals and splash baffles, the patented ImpactDeck® water diffuser for consistent water distribution even at low flows, and double-layer drift eliminators on TXQF-275 models and larger to minimise water carryover.
Additional design elements include fully enclosed fibreglass V-belt covers on smaller models, high-protection electric motors with IP66 rating and tropic-proofing, internal service walkways, adjustable anchor plates to accommodate foundation alignment variations, and heavy-duty internal steel framing to support long service life.
