When you’re seeing vibration, noise, or reliability issues
Unusual noise, vibration, or repeated motor trips are early indicators of mechanical wear that should be addressed before a failure event.

When corrosion, leaks, or structural wear is visible
Leaks, rust staining, soft timber/FRP issues, loose supports, or degraded fasteners should be assessed and repaired before they become safety or compliance problems.

When you need to reduce risk before peak season
Pre-summer inspections and servicing reduce the chance of a breakdown during high-load periods when cooling is non-negotiable.
