TCQF Counterflow Single Fan

The TCQF counterflow series is a larger, field erected, counterflow cooling tower incorporating right angle gearbox drives, a column and girt based framing structure of pultruded fibreglass, fibreglass exterior, fibreglass fan blades, PVC film fill, drift reducers and louvres. 

Many old, large, timber, crossflow towers are now nearing the end of their useful lives. The TCQF is an ideal replacement choice as it uses modern materials and with its smaller footprint, can be designed to retrofit most existing concrete basins. 

Reconstruction of existing cooling towers may be a viable option and Tower Thermal can engineer a complete upgrade solution comprising, fill, drift reducers, hot water basins, structure and mechanicals. Installation drawings with a scope of work describing the smallest detail can be submitted to allow crews to confidently carry out the works.
